I worked for an advertising agency as a young professional before establishing my own company. Because of irregular life habits and inappropriate skincare, I had skin problems and was seen 10 years older than I was. Rankup's ethos of empowering women professionals is reflected in our workplace with about 80% of female employees, about half of them have children.
